Tzahi Arabov:
Joint owner and senior partner of Acro, in charge of the real estate division, and entrepreneur in charge of some Acro's leading projects. Arabov holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with honors, after specializing in real estate and financing. Arabov has extensive experience in finance management, investments, and real estate and infrastructure projects, financial loans and project development, as well as considerable experience in international finance and the management of overseas real estate.
Ilan Kapon:
Partner and acting manager of most Group projects.  Highly experienced in all areas of the real estate market, from the preliminary stages of allocation and initiation, through to the acquisition, design and marketing of building.
Ziv Yaakobi:
Partner in the company and in charge of its United States activity.  A lawyer by education, formerly a partner in one of Israel’s leading real estate law firms.  Very experienced in all areas of real estate, from the stages of initiating and planning, through to the stages of purchase and construction.
Shmulik Siman Tov:
Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Acro Group.
BA in Accounting and Business Administration and a graduate degree in law.
Licensed Public Accountant.
Most recently served as CFO of Nitsba, and served director of several subsidiaries of Nitsba.
Has much experience in managing money and working with the Capital Market. 
Amir Malah:
VP of Engineering in the Company.
Licensed engineer from the Technion, and an MA in Construction Management from the Technion.
Experienced in project management from initiation to final stage construction process.
Most recently, he served as chief engineer at Kardan Real Estate.
 
Meidan Kronfeld:
Acro Group Accountant
Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting and a master's degree in business administration and financial management.
Licensed Public Accountant.
Kronfeld has served as an audit manager at KPMG, specializing in real estate companies.
 

Amir Turkisher:
The company economist, holds a BA in business administration and finance.
In the past, worked in financial supervision for real estate projects in an  assessors office, Grinberg Olfiner
